Irina Maksimović (1977, Belgrade) graduated at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade, Department for Ethnomusicology (2004). The title of her graduation thesis is "Melopoetical characteristics of ballads in the South-West of Serbia". Currently she is doing her Master Degree in the Theory of Arts and Media at the University of Arts in Belgrade. Presently she works as the Editor of musical shows at the Third program of Radio Belgrade, Radio Television of Serbia. Her fields of interests are: studies of popular culture, theories of media, digital culture, anthropology of music, contemporary arts and poetry. She is co-founder and President of IDEm and a member of SED (Serbian Ethnomusicological Society).

Iva Nenić (1979, Belgrade) graduated ethnomusicology from the Belgrade’s Faculty of Music as valedictorian in 2004. The title of her graduation thesis is "Thinking about music, thinking music: towards the interpretation of musico-cultural practice of Muslim shepherds’ music from the Serbian Pešter plateau". She was awarded the prize "Aleksandar Đorđević" for the best student of the Ethnomusicology department. She took part in advanced one-year undergraduate programs of the Belgrade Open School and The Belgrade Women's Studies Centre, and is about to obtain a master’s degree at the Group for theory of arts and media (University of Arts, Belgrade). Professional memberships include Interdisciplinary Society of Ethnomusicologists (IDEm, co-founder and vice president) and Serbian Ethnomusicological Society (SED, member). Iva works as the editor of several musical shows at the Radio Belgrade’s Third Program, and is also the editor-in-chief of the web journal E-volucija. Her research interests include popular and cyber culture, traditional and world music of the Balkans, ideology, contemporary arts, gender.

Marija Šorak (1976, Kragujevac) graduated at the Department for ethnomusicology, Faculty of Music in Belgrade, year 2005, with a work based on personal fieldwork research: "Sedenjka and sedenjka’s songs in central part of the Dobric region". During and after studies she was occupied with fieldwork investigation in Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Serbia. As a coordinator she was involved in several regional scientific and research projects. She is a student of MA in Cultural Management and Cultural Policy at the University of Arts in Belgrade. Currently, she is occupied with music pedagogies, and interested in anthropology of music and cultural studies. She is President of IDEm’s Parliament and member of SED (Serbian Ethnomusicological Society)

Rade Stojiljković (1957, Belgrade) graduated on the Department of theatre productions at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. During his long standing career in domain of theatre and film production, he cooperated with reputable Serbian and foreign artists. He is the executive producer for IDEm.

Goran Joksić (1977, Belgrade) has been active in public life in Serbia since his grammar school days: as a journalist, the author of various radio and television programmes and a programme producer. At the moment he is working in public relations at the Children’s Cultural Centre Belgrade and IDEm.
